No. Carroll County left the Coweta Judicial Circuit effective January 1, 2025. It now belongs to the West Georgia Judicial Circuit, which the Georgia General Assembly created under Senate Bill 424 and which covers just Carroll and Heard counties. Older articles and directories may still list Carroll County under Coweta, but current Carroll County divorces proceed in the West Georgia Judicial Circuit.
