Melaniece was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale on a full basketball scholarship and earned her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She leads the firm's litigation team, focusing on all aspects of divorce and custody — and her favorite place to be is in the courtroom.
She is a seasoned litigator who believes there are few things better in life than a well-executed trial strategy. Within the firm, she is known for approaching every case with a calm focus that puts her clients at ease. Without a doubt, Melaniece is the trial attorney you want seated on your side of the courtroom.
When she's not working, Melaniece enjoys quality time with family and friends, international travel, running road races, lifting weights, and attending sporting events.
